About
Hey! I'm Alex, a UX/UI & Product Designer who believes great design starts with deeply understanding people. I focus on creating digital products that feel intuitive, accessible, and genuinely useful, especially when systems become confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate.

I’m driven by clarity. My goal is to reduce friction and cognitive load by designing experiences that help users feel confident in their decisions, rather than frustrated or unsure. I approach design by first understanding the problem space, conducting research, talking to users, and mapping complexity before crafting solutions that feel simple, thoughtful, and effortless.

Before transitioning into UX/UI design, I worked across customer service, warehouse, and restaurant roles. Those experiences shaped how I think about users, not as abstract personas, but as real people navigating systems under pressure, distraction, or stress. This background continues to inform my approach, pushing me to design with empathy and practicality in mind.

Today, my work centers on refining interfaces through thoughtful visual design grounded in usability and research. I’m most interested in building products that help people make better decisions, develop healthier habits, and access tools that support financial, health, and educational outcomes. I value simplicity over complexity, accessibility over aesthetics alone, and iteration over perfection, believing every design decision should serve a clear purpose and every interaction should feel natural.
